Location: Remote - South Dakota
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are excited to invite applications for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to work remotely with clients through telehealth. In this impactful role, you will assist clients in overcoming challenges, developing effective coping strategies, and achieving meaningful treatment objectives. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting therapy sessions, documenting client care, and facilitating progress with the necessary support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled telehealth counseling sessions in a professional and supportive virtual environment.
- Evaluate mental health needs and define treatment priorities for clients.
- Develop personalized care plans that align with each client's goals and circumstances.
- Maintain thorough documentation of session notes, treatment progress, and clinical records.
- Monitor client outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide both short-term and ongoing therapeutic support as clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams on referrals, scheduling, and follow-up requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
- Possession of an active LPC license in South Dakota.
- Experience in providing counseling services in clinical or telehealth environments.
- Strong skills in assessment, communication, and documentation.
- Capability to independently manage a full-time caseload.
