The Role
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Licensed Psychotherapist to become a vital part of our expanding multidisciplinary dementia care team. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough mental health assessments for patients facing neurodegenerative conditions. You will provide therapeutic counseling to patients, families, and caregivers through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with Neurologists, behavioral health specialists, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and care navigators to deliver holistic, patient-centered care that harmonizes cognitive, behavioral, and functional elements in every treatment plan. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in working with patients with neurodegenerative diseases, exhibit clinical excellence, and share our passion for enhancing access to specialized neuropsychological care through telehealth.
