Internship Duration: 3 months
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing basic commercial contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service agreements.
- Support the legal team in contract management, including maintaining trackers, documentation, and internal records.
- Conduct legal research on regulatory, commercial, and employment law matters pertinent to our operations.
- Help prepare summaries, notes, and documentation to support legal and compliance processes.
- Contribute to ongoing legal projects while assisting the team with daily legal tasks.
