The Challenge:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Contracts Manager / Business Affairs Manager to join our New York City office. This role will primarily involve contract management, supporting Take-Two and its publishing labels. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, business acumen, and exceptional organizational abilities. Responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal agreements, creating comprehensive databases of contractual terms, and providing day-to-day administrative and paralegal support in a vibrant entertainment industry setting. The selected individual will gain broad exposure to Take-Two's operations and thrive in a collaborative and engaging work environment.
This position serves as a vital point of contact for advancing contracts and achieving deal closures. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, redlining, analyzing, and negotiating a variety of contracts while collaborating with stakeholders in the procurement process and supporting the broader Business Affairs team. The candidate will coordinate with legal, finance, privacy, IT, security, and procurement teams, while also maintaining a fast-paced, autonomous workflow to ensure timely contract delivery to internal stakeholders, emphasizing a thorough understanding of their needs and deadlines.
