The Position:
As a Learning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new hires and delivering skills-based training to empower front-line contact center agents across all SoFi product lines. You will engage learners using adult learning principles, coaching and developing new employees during their initial tenure while facilitating ongoing development. This position requires collaboration with all levels of management, coaching global partners, and providing feedback to policy writers to enhance training outcomes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual passionate about agent development—someone who is innovative, solution-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in problem-solving. Our Learning Specialists are well-prepared, flexible, and adept at time management, handling various assignments while leveraging data to link learner performance to class outcomes. Strong communication skills and the ability to embody the behaviors we expect from our agents are essential.
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement adult learning principles and technical facilitation skills.
- Lead both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Conduct new hire training, upskill sessions, and refreshers for SoFi and Global Business Partner agents.
- Quickly adapt to changing business needs.
- Utilize performance data to enhance training initiatives.
