About the job
Are you ready to leverage your Lean Black Belt expertise to transform healthcare into a smarter, more enjoyable, and future-proof system? At Morgens, you will have the opportunity to make a strategic impact while addressing vital societal issues. Collaborating with a passionate team, you will assist healthcare organizations in innovating and enhancing their services, always aiming to add value for clients, patients, and staff.
The healthcare sector is under pressure, facing staffing shortages, rising costs, and increasing demand for services. However, you see opportunities where others see challenges. As a Lean Black Belt, you will lead complex transformation projects that extend beyond mere process optimization. You will bridge the gap between strategy and the operational floor, guiding individuals through cultural and behavioral changes to ensure sustainable improvements. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement within healthcare organizations.
Every day will present new challenges. One moment, you may facilitate a strategic workshop with an executive board; the next, you could be coaching a team in Kaizen or DMAIC methodologies. You may take on the role of program manager for an organization-wide transition, and later, lead a training session or brainstorm with a colleague.
You will work on projects such as:
Managing a strategic program where continuous improvement is fundamental;
Establishing and guiding a Lean transformation within a healthcare organization;
Training and coaching employees in Lean methodologies such as Kaizen and DMAIC.
In all our projects, both people and change are at the core. By collaborating on innovation and improvement, we ensure the future viability of healthcare.
What you bring to the table:
You have extensive experience as a project leader, program manager, or change manager and hold a Black Belt certification;
You thrive on leading complex transformation processes and have the ability to connect various interests;
You excel in inspiring, coaching, and training teams, management, and colleagues;
You combine analytical skills with a practical, results-oriented approach;
You seek challenges in achieving truly sustainable change: culture, leadership, and strategy;
You have an affinity for and/or experience in long-term care and/or hospitals;
You possess excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
Morgens is dedicated to making healthcare smarter and more enjoyable by empowering organizations to innovate and improve their services.About Morgens
