As a Lead Estimator, you will guide and mentor a team of estimators, preparing and reviewing job estimates and bids, developing project schedules and forecasts, conducting thorough take-offs, performing site reviews, and engaging with customers throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves negotiating with potential subcontractors during the estimating phase and collaborating closely with the Estimating Manager and Project Management team to ensure that customer expectations are met and projects are awarded successfully.
