The Lead Specialist in Absence, Time Off, and Time Tracking will act as the functional expert, spearheading the solutioning for all time-related functions within the Workday system. This role is vital for ensuring effective management of time-off, absence, and employee time-tracking processes in alignment with Keywords Studios' People and Culture (P&C) and operational strategies.
In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Workday Time Tracking, Time Off, and Absence Management modules. You will collaborate closely with P&C, Finance, and Operations teams to develop and support scalable technology solutions for a global workforce. The focus will be on enhancing system configuration, maintaining system stability, and effectively managing queries through the Cloud Support Model's tiered system. Furthermore, you will assist in value realization and migration from legacy solutions to a centralized Workday-enabled service. A deep understanding of the Workday platform, particularly its core HCM functions related to Time and Absence, is essential, as this role will support the implementation of Absence policies in 24 countries across key regions, working alongside local P&C teams and legal advisors to ensure compliance with legislative and cultural requirements.
