This opportunity is ideal for candidates with substantial experience in mid-market software pre-sales, particularly within SaaS or technology environments, as well as familiarity with customer engagement/support, ITSM/ITIL methodologies, and cloud infrastructure.
We are seeking an individual passionate about cultivating customer relationships, adept at presenting value-driven demonstrations, and capable of acting as a trusted advisor throughout all sales cycle stages for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with mid-market and enterprise customers at various organizational levels.
- Build and nurture relationships with sales account executives and prospects to drive pre-sales activities.
- Mentor junior solutions engineers, sharing technical strategies and problem-solving approaches.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate closely with your team and extended teams.
- Provide updates on new product features to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish long-term partnerships by becoming a trusted advisor to customers.
- Champion the technical aspects of our solutions to facilitate customer engagement and success.
- Support account executives with domain expertise to assist in closing deals.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including technical presentations, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops.
- Oversee and ensure the success of proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Collaborate with partners to create joint solutions.
