We aim to double our customer base this year and are looking for a Growth Lead to help build the acquisition engine that drives this success.

About the Role
As our Lead Engineer (Tech Lead), you will lead our Growth engineering team, balancing your time between management and hands-on coding. You will oversee the lower acquisition funnel, ensuring a seamless flow from initial contact to checkout across all Maximus protocols.
Your primary metric for success will be the conversion rate from Flow Start to Checkout. You will also maintain a retention guardrail to ensure that your optimization efforts do not compromise user quality. Every experiment you implement will include a built-in quality check.
You will manage a small team of engineers and collaborate closely with a Senior Product Manager and a Senior Designer, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct protocol-level A/B testing on signup flows, checkout processes, pricing plans, and product recommendations using Amplitude.
Develop full-stack features across the acquisition funnel utilizing Rails and React.
Mentor and nurture your engineering team through regular one-on-one sessions, pair programming, and constructive feedback.
