Join our dynamic team at Chainguard as a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the optimization of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the advanced needs of our Sales teams. You will be tasked with the administration of sophisticated Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Engagement tools like Agentforce or its equivalents. This is a fully remote position, requiring occasional travel for strategic planning and team alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Salesforce Administrator for our Sales Cloud and engagement tools.
- Configure and tailor Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation to enhance business processes.
- Oversee user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security configurations.
- Administer Sales Engagement/Agentforce or similar tools, fine-tuning workflows and ensuring seamless integration with core Salesforce functionalities.
- Develop and maintain advanced automation processes using Salesforce Flow to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and sustain intricate reports, dashboards, and analytics for executive and operational stakeholders.
- Guarantee data integrity through regular audits, deduplication efforts, and adherence to governance best practices.
- Provide remote training, documentation, and user support to promote platform adoption and best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor system performance, manage releases, and evaluate new features or AppExchange tools to boost productivity.
- Engage in occasional travel (2–4 times per year) for in-person planning sessions, workshops, and team collaborations.
