Key Responsibilities:Own the Swag product strategy from inception to execution, outlining the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Snappy's physical gifting and merchandise offerings.Drive the integration of generative AI within the Swag domain, enhancing design processes, personalization, recommendations, quality assurance, content creation, and internal automation.Lead the advancement of Snappy’s Swag marketplace, focusing on supplier tooling, catalog quality, pricing, inventory signals, customization flows, and fulfillment experiences.Collaborate closely with R&D to develop scalable, adaptable product solutions that harmonize customer experience with operational efficiency and supplier realities.Implement a rigorous data-driven approach to measure success, continuously refining strategies to enhance conversion, customer satisfaction, margin, and scalability.Engage directly with Operations, Go-to-Market, and Marketing teams to support enterprise transactions, unlock new use cases, and ensure flawless execution.Gain deep insights into customer needs through research, data analysis, and direct engagement, translating these insights into impactful product decisions.Develop clear product requirements and narratives, from PRDs to interactive prototypes.

Your responsibilities will encompass defining and executing the product strategy for branded merchandise throughout its lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, catalog quality, pricing, customization, logistics, and enhancing both sender and recipient experiences. You will collaborate at the intersection of user experience, marketplace dynamics, supply chain logistics, personalization, and generative AI, striving to elevate Snappy's Swag experience for our enterprise clients.
