Join Grab as a Lead Product Manager for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Supply Chain platform, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping our operational strategies. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of our product roadmap, focusing on backend tech stacks designed for on-demand retail and dark store models. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure streamlined physical store operations while reporting directly to the Head of Product for Mart at our Grab China office.
Product Vision and Strategy:
Lead the development of a compelling product vision and strategy for WMS and supply chain systems, emphasizing instant replenishment, dynamic supply-demand alignment, and fulfilment oversight.
Craft a comprehensive roadmap prioritizing critical features such as dynamic inventory management and automated replenishment to enhance our supermarket operations.
Investigate and propose innovative features and technologies to modernize traditional B2B logistics tools, enabling high-volume, instant fulfilment.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Utilize data analytics to evaluate system efficiency, inventory accuracy, and identify improvement opportunities across the supply chain lifecycle.
Make informed decisions based on data insights to optimize replenishment strategies, enhance demand forecasting, and drive the development of features that support large-scale business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Lead cross-functional teams, including senior engineers, analysts, and supply chain operations, to establish a cohesive product ecosystem.
Promote a collaborative culture, encouraging knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and performance metrics to stakeholders, addressing their concerns and integrating feedback into product iterations.
