ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Lead Product Manager for AI Storage Solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for innovative memory solutions that support advanced AI, Machine Learning, and High-Performance Computing ecosystems. You will act as a bridge across engineering, marketing, operations, and hyperscale clients, driving competitive differentiation and fostering business growth in the realm of high-performance memory products.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership
Own and drive the multi-year product roadmap, aligning with pivotal technological advancements in AI Storage Solutions and emerging architectures. Convert market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into actionable product requirements (MRD/PRD).
Customer & Market Engagement
Lead in-depth technical discussions with hyperscalers and semiconductor manufacturers (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD), transforming customer performance, latency, and capacity requirements into engineering objectives. Position product solutions for AI inference, KV-cache, and memory-centric architectures, guided by industry trends and inference context memory.
Business & Financial Ownership
Develop comprehensive business cases including TAM/SAM/SOM analyses, pricing strategies, investment needs, and ROI calculations. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through development and cross-functional program reviews (Stage Gate).
Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with ASIC, firmware, NAND, system, and quality teams to ensure technical readiness and performance benchmarks. Manage supplier relations and coordinate with the supply chain to guarantee cost efficiency, yield, and successful delivery. Facilitate alignment internally with engineering, reliability, operations, and executive teams.
Competitive Intelligence
Maintain an extensive understanding of the semiconductor memory landscape, including insights into AI Storage Solutions competition, NAND-based architectures, and customer platform roadmaps.
Technical Expertise
Possess a strong grasp of:
- 3D stacking / TSV
- Memory–accelerator integration (AI/ML GPU pipelines)
- Memory subsystem architecture and performance analysis
- AI Storage Solutions and NAND-based high-bandwidth architectures
