About the Role
Research indicates that personalized one-on-one tutoring significantly outperforms traditional classroom teaching—a phenomenon known as Bloom's 2 Sigma Problem. Despite years of awareness, a scalable solution has been elusive. Until now.
We are developing an AI tutoring system intended to replicate and ultimately exceed the capabilities of the best human tutors. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the core AI system that offers real-time, adaptive learning experiences to learners. This role can be performed remotely from any of the following locations: United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, Portugal, or UAE.

Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the core AI tutoring system, focusing on prompt architectures, agentic workflows, and real-time adaptive behaviors.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation, creating custom metrics and frameworks to assess learning effectiveness and enhance model reliability.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable software, integrating AI functionalities with platform systems, content pipelines, and user experience components.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with educators, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
