About the Role:
Decagon is on the lookout for a dynamic Pricing Operations Lead to bridge the gap between Sales, Finance, and Strategy. As the inaugural pricing specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Business Operations team to sculpt this function from the ground up.
In this pivotal role, your primary objective will be to enhance and streamline our enterprise go-to-market strategy, partnering with account executives to formulate and present compelling deals. Your initiatives will encompass developing pricing and packaging strategies, establishing internal deal and pricing processes, and engaging in proposal creation and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end deal structuring for enterprise opportunities, collaborating directly with account executives to craft proposals and successfully close deals.
Develop and refine Decagon's pricing and packaging strategies.
Establish and scale internal deal desk processes as our company grows.
Collect and analyze pricing and deal data to inform company strategy.
Work cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to ensure alignment on deal economics and contract terms.
