Role Overview
We are in search of a highly capable Lead People Systems Integrations Engineer who will independently design, develop, and support integrations within the Workday environment, with the flexibility to work with other HRIS platforms and enterprise systems as needed.
This senior individual contributor role encompasses the complete integration lifecycle—from solution design and development to testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive Workday integration experience and a strong understanding of Workday business processes, enabling them to effectively navigate interactions between integrations, tenant configurations, data structures, and downstream systems. This individual will be pivotal in assessing tenant impacts associated with configuration or integration modifications.
