About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Specialist, Regulatory Approvals, the Lead of Regulatory Approvals will play a pivotal role in securing regulatory approvals for major water quality management and mine development projects following our Social, Environmental and Regulatory Approvals (SERA) framework at our coal mining operations.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of federal and provincial regulatory approval processes and regulations, particularly within British Columbia. A background in aquatic sciences, water management, or a related field is preferred. We seek a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who excels at organizing and prioritizing competing demands, alongside strong interpersonal skills.
