About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Lead to oversee and enhance Commure's employee data compliance and immigration processes. This pivotal role collaborates closely with People, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards while fostering an exceptional employee experience. You will manage sensitive, high-stakes responsibilities across policies, audits, benefits, and immigration with utmost precision and discretion. Your focus will be on developing scalable processes, mitigating risks, preparing Commure for future success, and facilitating swift, informed decision-making.
This full-time position requires you to be on-site at our Mountain View, CA headquarters for three days a week.
