The Role
We seek a Lead GTM / Growth Engineer to spearhead Rutter’s growth strategy and develop the future Growth team.
You will inherit a robust system that has already generated 80% of Rutter’s pipeline and elevate it to new heights. From the start, you will lead a small team, including a growth associate, establish the vision for GTM automation, and create systems that will scale Rutter’s revenue engine akin to a 20+ person organization by leveraging AI and automation.
This hybrid role encompasses growth strategy, automation engineering, and team leadership, making it ideal for an individual who excels at the intersection of systems thinking, data analysis, and execution.
What You’ll Do
Own the Growth Roadmap – Define and prioritize initiatives across automation, demand generation, and GTM experimentation.
Lead a Small Team – Manage and mentor a growth associate and contractors, ensuring high output, quality, and speed.
Systematize and Automate the GTM Motion – Develop scalable, AI-driven workflows that optimize prospecting, lead routing, and pipeline generation.
Run Growth Experiments – Design, test, and iterate on acquisition and activation strategies to unveil new scalable channels.
Leverage Modern GTM + AI Stack – Enhance and optimize workflows utilizing tools like Clay, UnifyGTM, Outreach, Orum, and SFDC.
Build Data-Driven Feedback Loops – Own reporting, analytics, and insights regarding GTM efficiency, conversion, and ROI.
