We are seeking a passionate Lead Growth Analyst who will harness data, experimentation, and automation to drive Product-Led Growth at Homebase. In this pivotal role, you will enhance product growth and revenue generation, clarify funnel processes, and develop internal data products that enable teams to make informed decisions swiftly and effectively.
This position offers a significant opportunity to shape experimentation strategies, integrate product and marketing data, and develop self-service tools that facilitate scalability. You will work closely with teams across Product Growth, Marketing, Lifecycle, Engineering, and RevOps to design experiments, assess business impacts, and craft compelling data narratives that guide our strategic focus.

Key Contributions and Impact in This Role:
Enhance experimentation practices within the growth organization by coaching PMs on hypothesis formulation, experiment design, metrics evaluation, and interpretation, while delivering comprehensive A/B test insights that boost activation, conversion, and monetization.
Model anticipated KPI impacts and ROI to prioritize high-value experiments and initiatives.
Establish and maintain a coherent and consistent growth metric framework across the funnel, ensuring data definitions remain accurate and reliable across Product and GTM.
Proactively seek growth opportunities and leading indicators, identifying trends, risks, or untapped segments before they become visible in dashboards.
Create internal data products and self-service tools (dashboards, metric layers, notebooks, or applications) that empower teams to navigate data independently and minimize ad hoc requests.
Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies that drive decision-making.
