We seek a dedicated individual to lead growth initiatives at Linear, encompassing our startup, creator, and affiliate programs, alongside lifecycle and performance marketing efforts. While our startup and creator programs have shown promise, they require a robust infrastructure and focused attention to scale effectively. You will analyze successful strategies, develop supportive systems, and drive our growth in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
We prioritize sustainable growth over quick fixes, emphasizing long-term branding strategies over growth hacking.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Linear's growth programs (Startup, Creator, Affiliate) as scalable initiatives.
Redesign and enhance program infrastructure, including applications, approvals, tracking, reporting, and incentive structures.
Foster and strengthen relationships with accelerators, VCs, and creator partners.
Collaborate closely with Product and RevOps to optimize onboarding, activation, and upgrade experiences.
Engage in growth experiments across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and new channels, working alongside marketing, design, and RevOps to identify effective strategies.
