ROLE: Lead Firmware Engineer

The Product Development team at SOUNDBOKS is at the forefront of our exciting product evolution, steering the development process from concept to mass production. Our collaborative team comprises self-motivated individuals with diverse expertise and a commitment to making a substantial impact on our products and customers.
As the Lead Firmware Engineer, you will spearhead firmware development across all SOUNDBOKS products throughout various stages of product development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product firmware integrates seamlessly from electronic architecture to application, manufacturing, and testing.
Here's a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:
Firmware Development & Architecture:
Lead firmware development and architectural design for our current and upcoming product lines.
Design and implement modular embedded software utilizing real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS, Zephyr).
Create drivers and BSP across various chipsets and peripherals (I2S, I2C, SPI, UART, USB), ensuring the integration of new hardware.
Exploration of New Technologies:
Investigate and assess new firmware-related technologies to enhance product performance.
