The Opportunity
We are seeking a Lead Enterprise Account Manager to join our expanding US Federal Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and expanding our partnerships with top-tier Federal System Integrators and Civilian agencies, ultimately demonstrating the value of Immersive's offerings.
You will engage with security and technology leaders within these organizations to address their most pressing challenge - the skills gap impacting their cyber readiness. You will have the full backing of our marketing, pre-sales, channel sales, and customer success teams to meet your objectives.
This position will support our Federal sales team, so we are considering candidates based in the DC Metro area, Virginia, and/or Maryland.
What You'll Do
Adopt a win-and-retain strategy to secure new business with the largest FSI customers and Civilian agencies, followed by expanding Immersive's footprint within those accounts.
Utilize marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as necessary.
Participate in relevant industry events to promote the value of Immersive's offerings.
Collaborate seamlessly with our Customer Success team to identify upsell opportunities within key accounts.
Embody the Immersive values, showcasing our culture to prospective companies through your interactions.
Who You Are
7+ years of experience in sales targeting large complex Federal System Integrators and/or Civilian agencies.
Proven track record in a high-growth environment, understanding the pace and attention to detail necessary to succeed.
