We are seeking a passionate and skilled AV Technician to enhance our in-house team, with the potential to advance to the Lead AV Technician position within our summits division in just six months.
This role is based in Nicosia, Cyprus, and will involve traveling across Europe and the U.S. for select events. Please note: relocation to Nicosia is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, operation, and dismantling of AV equipment for summits, collaborating closely with the Lead AV Technician.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment through proper handling, storage, and testing procedures.
- Provide on-site technical support during summit events to ensure seamless execution.
- Troubleshoot AV issues on-site, guaranteeing a smooth event experience.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards, ensuring professionalism in all AV operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to foster a supportive and efficient work environment, gaining experience in team management and coordination for high-profile events.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and equipment knowledge to improve performance and contribute to summit success, positioning yourself for future leadership opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and venue staff to ensure successful operations.
- Remain adaptable to changing event requirements and proactively address any issues.
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor, representing the company with integrity.
- Acquire the necessary knowledge and experience to lead AV operations at events, paving the way for a leadership role in future summits.
