About the job
Job Description
At Finni Health, we are dedicated to empowering Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to establish their own practices. We are on the lookout for passionate individuals who aspire to democratize access to autism care in Virginia.
BCBAs have often faced challenges in traditional clinic settings, and we aim to provide a solution that allows them to pursue their passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our vision combines cutting-edge software with top-tier providers to create a comprehensive platform that supports every BCBA committed to delivering high-quality care to families.
We invite you to join us in building your own behavioral therapy practice, whether focused on a local community or servicing clients remotely across state lines. As a practice owner, you will collaborate with us to lay the foundation for your practice and contribute to a nationwide movement that empowers BCBAs!
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with our team to establish operational guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your practice.
Coordinate with our billing and insurance team to comply with payor requirements and submission timelines.
Oversee field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
Assess the effectiveness of treatment methods and adjust programs as necessary.
Conduct functional assessments and prepare comprehensive assessment and progress reports.
Develop and deliver training on behavior intervention plans, including client-specific training for staff and parents.
Ensure all treatment methodologies are evidence-based and reflect the latest research.
Train and supervise clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback for the direct implementation of ABA interventions.
Collaborate with families to create effective behavior support strategies.
