THE ROLE:
We are on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager who excels at forging strategic partnerships and comprehending market demands related to pioneering technologies. The ideal candidate will be adept in business development, deal negotiation, cross-team collaboration, customer relationship management, and project delivery. As part of a dynamic, geographically distributed team, the ability to work autonomously across time zones is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and implement Ripple's business development strategy for Institutional DeFi, focusing on real-world asset tokenization and stablecoin adoption.
- Partner with regional business development teams to explore payments and stablecoin use cases, fostering strategic alliances with financial institutions, exchanges, and crypto-native entities.
- Establish and nurture sustainable partnerships with developers, issuers, and institutions that contribute to the growth of the XRP Ledger.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to introduce new products and services that facilitate safe and compliant institutional participation in DeFi.
- Develop a robust ecosystem and stimulate demand by identifying financial institutions and institutional investors keen on investing in tokenized real-world assets.
