About the job
As part of the commercial management team for Business Services in the North Normandy territory and reporting to the Business Manager, you will be based in Amiens (80) and will oversee the management and development of key accounts in the Hauts-de-France region.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Regional Business Director and the Service Director to develop the commercial action plan in alignment with the company's strategy.
- Ensuring the communication of necessary information for the contract execution to relevant services, guaranteeing the effective implementation of contracts and the quality of client services.
- Supporting other sales representatives by providing expertise.
- Creating commercial action plans for your assigned area, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Conducting market monitoring in coordination with headquarters.
- Managing and expanding assigned key client accounts, ensuring the development of national and regional framework agreements.
- Executing commercial actions on defined national targets and within the designated area.
- Promoting new national and/or regional offers to specified targets.
- Responding to assigned tenders and designing commercial offers.
- Ensuring client support throughout the contract lifecycle by proposing improvement plans focused on prevention and enhancement.
- Tracking activity using company tools (CRM, account plan, contact plan, commercial action plan...).
- Periodically analyzing client profitability.
- Contributing to the collection of issued invoices.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations set by the Group in commercial processes.
- Implementing our policies on quality, safety, environment, energy, and biodiversity.
- Adhering to the guidelines outlined in your health and safety job description and contributing to client satisfaction by ensuring service quality.
