Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to enhance our presence in Bogotá by managing the complete customer lifecycle for strategic clients. You will be the face of Clara, fostering relationships with decision-makers, driving product adoption, and uncovering new growth opportunities. Your efforts will be vital in establishing Clara as the premier spend management solution for enterprise clients in Colombia.
In this role, you will:
Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with B2B clients, serving as a trusted advisor in financial decision-making.
Guide the onboarding process for new clients and continually engage with existing clients to optimize retention and satisfaction.
