As a Key Account Manager at Sika, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic account management and business development. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fostering and nurturing robust relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Tier suppliers, and key stakeholders across targeted industries.
- Collaborating with application engineering and R&D teams to coordinate product trials, technical validations, and implementation processes.
- Engaging with functional support teams to effectively address customer needs with innovative solutions.
- Delivering both formal and informal presentations and seminars tailored to meet customer requirements.
- Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and distribution targets.
- Preparing and submitting comprehensive business plans and reports to communicate project statuses, activities, and resource needs.
- Identifying market segments, product innovations, and technologies through the Product Creation Process (PCP).
- Applying core competencies such as problem-solving, elastic bonding, and consultative selling to drive results.
- Embodying the values of Sika Spirit, Vision, and Mission in all endeavors.
- Forecasting monthly sales for each account in alignment with Corporate guidelines.
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date customer database using Salesforce CRM.
- Providing timely reports that detail activities, market trends, and competitive analyses.
