Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in advancing Braeburn's mission by educating Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) about our products and access resources. This position is essential in ensuring that HCPs are thoroughly informed about the clinical features of our products and the processes for obtaining them, thereby enhancing independent treatment decisions for their patients.
Specifically, the Key Account Manager will achieve sales objectives by conveying clinical product information and access resources in accordance with company policies to relevant HCPs. Success in this role requires proficiency in achieving sales targets, providing education on product acquisition, payer policies, and reimbursement details.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability, adaptability, business acumen, sound judgment, collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, effective account management, a sense of urgency, decisive decision-making, and integrity. Experience in a complex distribution model, including Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution, is essential.
The Key Account Manager will conduct all responsibilities in alignment with Braeburn's policies and code of conduct.
Specific Duties:
- Achieve defined Braeburn goals, enhance patient access to products, and meet other performance metrics for the assigned territory.
- Exhibit mastery of sales competencies:
- Business Acumen – Analyze and interpret reports and data to strategize and execute territory activities ensuring quarterly and annual objectives are met. Develop a profound understanding of the assigned territory, including delivery methods and access points.
