About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior User Acquisition Manager to assist our Senior User Acquisition Managers by managing manual campaign operations across various advertising platforms. This position is designed to alleviate 20-40% of the manual workload from senior team members, enabling them to concentrate on strategic initiatives, data analysis, and growth optimization. The role offers a clear growth pathway, beginning with 3-6 months of intensive hands-on experience to establish a strong foundation, followed by the opportunity to independently manage specific advertising sources. As manual operations become more efficient through this role, we anticipate a significant increase in campaign activity volume.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual campaign operations across a variety of advertising platforms.
- Create new campaigns based on specifications provided by senior UAMs.
- Edit and optimize existing campaigns according to performance metrics and directives.
- Duplicate successful campaigns for scaling and experimentation.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and campaign summaries.
- Manage campaign setup, configuration, and initial optimization processes.
- Assist with the organization of creative assets and campaign structure.
- Perform quality assurance checks on campaign configurations.
- Support senior UAMs with various administrative tasks and data compilation.
- Learn platform-specific best practices and optimization techniques.
- Advance toward independent management of specific ad sources following the training period.
