Role Overview:
As a Junior Trading Operations & Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting Tagaddod’s Trading Department. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring disciplined execution, maintaining system integrity, and facilitating cross-functional coordination across all trading activities.
This position is vital to the daily operations of the trading team, with direct accountability for executing tasks on FLOW (Tagaddod’s proprietary ERP system) and collaborating closely with the Trading, Logistics, Finance, and Technology teams. Given that FLOW is an evolving in-house system, we are seeking a resilient, assertive, and solution-oriented individual who can navigate imperfect systems, manage ambiguity effectively, and help structure complex and dynamic processes.
