Salary Range: Competitive salary of up to EUR 46,000 - 60,000 (before taxes, inclusive of allowances) along with excellent secondary benefits (details below).

RIPE NCC, the regional authority on Internet number resources, is seeking a dedicated Internet Resource Analyst to join our dynamic international team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Registration Services Team, which functions similarly to a customer care department. If you thrive on translating policies into actionable processes, directly supporting members and Internet number resource holders, and contributing to services at the forefront of Internet evolution, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete lifecycle management of Internet number resources (IPv4, IPv6, and AS numbers).
Ensure that all requests are processed in accordance with established policies and relevant procedural, technical, legal, and compliance standards.
Engage with ISPs, academic institutions, public organizations, and other Internet stakeholders within the RIPE NCC service region and beyond, primarily through email and chat.
Provide expert guidance and support for RPKI, the RIPE Database, and additional RIPE NCC services, ensuring a professional and positive experience for users.
Implement new policies, define process requirements, and assist with both internal and external communication related to these initiatives.
Conduct thorough reviews of member accounts to maintain accuracy and compliance.
