Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT professional to join our team as a Junior Systems Administrator in our Omaha studio. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our technology systems by efficiently resolving technical issues, fulfilling service requests, and providing support to end users throughout the organization. Collaborating with internal teams, you will troubleshoot incidents, monitor system performance, and contribute to IT projects that enhance our service delivery. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong technical skills combined with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and timely resolutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems (Windows and macOS), and business applications to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Diagnose and address hardware, software, network, and access-related issues across multiple office environments.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and identity management within Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 services, including email, collaboration tools, and authentication systems.
- Monitor system and network performance, respond to alerts, and conduct routine health checks to uphold system reliability and security.
- Assist with endpoint management, including imaging, deployment, configuration, patching, and ensuring security compliance.
- Support technology deployments, upgrades, and the lifecycle management of hardware and software assets.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to facilitate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring secure and efficient access provisioning.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge resources that improve team efficiency and service quality.
- Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend solutions for improvement.
