In this pivotal role, you will spearhead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and actively seek out new business prospects. As the representative of Mint Medical within the German market, you will undergo onboarding and training at our Heidelberg headquarters.

Your daily tasks will encompass:
- Fostering and nurturing robust relationships with clients and key opinion leaders
- Articulating and embodying our company vision in the marketplace
- Expanding your professional network and generating fresh leads within your territory
- Visiting existing hospital clients to enhance the product offerings at those locations
- Onboarding new customers, aiding in the adoption of our innovations, and managing long-term relationships to stimulate business growth
- Crafting innovative mid- and long-term sales strategies that align with Mint Medical’s corporate objectives
- Gathering accurate forecasts and relevant data to support budget planning
- Maintaining a comprehensive and consistent customer database for your assigned area
- Participating in national and international meetings and symposiums to represent Mint Medical
