By leveraging digital planning, we shift 80% of value creation from the construction site to the factory, facilitating the economic transformation of the entire housing stock towards climate neutrality.
In line with our 'remote first' philosophy, we are searching for skilled experts and leaders for our Berlin headquarters or throughout Germany.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a (Junior) Sales Development Manager (remote in our key regions of Baden-Württemberg & Bavaria) for a full-time position (40 hours/week) starting as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively engage potential customers through various channels (email, phone, social media, networking) to generate appointments.
- Systematically qualify leads and prioritize opportunities.
- Provide consulting and presentations on housing and real estate products to sustainably excite customers about ecoworks solutions.
- Create initial standardized property analyses and project calculations for technical feasibility using our specialized software.
- Deliver detailed profiles of project requests and key insights to the Pre-Construction Team to ensure smooth transitions and successful conversions.
- Utilize and maintain existing CRM tools (HubSpot) to identify and document prospects.
- Develop multipliers and influencers within organizations to accelerate decision-making and align on the benefits of serial renovations.
- Participate in industry-relevant trade fairs and events.
- Build knowledge on market trends, competitive strategies, innovations, and maintain ongoing experience exchanges with team members for continuous improvement and support.
