About the Role
Join our client, a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer apparel brand committed to producing exceptional shapewear and garments designed to uplift women. We are in search of a meticulously organized, tech-savvy Junior Project Manager to assist our Growth Creative team in executing groundbreaking, impactful marketing campaigns.
This position is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about facilitating the coordination of creative projects across diverse platforms.
Position Overview
The Junior Project Manager will oversee the workflow for creative initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration among designers, copywriters, photographers, and marketing stakeholders. You will monitor timelines, manage assets, and maintain Asana boards while gaining practical experience in developing product detail pages (PDPs), motion graphics, and various digital marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning, tracking, and delivery of creative projects from initiation to conclusion.
- Maintain timelines, milestones, and task lists within Asana.
- Ensure effective communication among creative and marketing teams.
Digital Creative Support
- Aid in the coordination of the creation of PDPs, motion assets, and marketing creatives.
- Collect creative briefs, references, and necessary assets for production.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays.
Data & Documentation
- Keep accurate project documentation in Excel and Asana.
- Track the performance of creative assets.
- Organize final files in shared drives for easy access.
Team Collaboration
- Participate in project meetings, take thorough notes, summarize action items, and ensure follow-up.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of project coordination or related experience (internships welcomed).
- Proficient in Excel for data organization and tracking.
- Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools (preferred but not required).
- Passion for creative production, motion graphics, and e-commerce marketing.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Availability to work during PST hours.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with creative workflows in marketing or e-commerce.
- Understanding of digital content production and asset management.
