COOK SYSTEMS is urgently seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Marketing Division.
The Agile Project Manager (APM) plays a crucial role in developing comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies to support our Marketing Division. The APM utilizes extensive knowledge of traditional project management alongside Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, along with data-driven insights, to customize processes and lead cross-functional creative teams in delivering projects swiftly and efficiently. This position is responsible for overseeing, directing, and organizing project activities to align program goals with the company's objectives. As the primary point of contact, the Agile Project Manager ensures all stakeholders are informed of plans, statuses, and any changes that may impact project delivery and overall program initiatives. A commitment to transparency and flexibility, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels, is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Planning and Execution: Manage multiple marketing projects utilizing the core principles of the project management life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) to achieve successful outcomes.
2. Define clear project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables while fostering an iterative and adaptive approach that integrates Agile and project management methodologies.
3. Governance and Metrics: Establish effective governance processes for marketing initiatives, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and decision-making protocols. Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project progress, quality, and team effectiveness.
4. Tracking and Reporting: Employ agile/project management tools to monitor project status and report on progress to stakeholders.
