Opportunity Overview
As a Junior Linguistics Specialist and AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training AI models, influencing their ability to comprehend and produce human-like text. This role transcends traditional writing; you will create text that imparts reasoning, logical coherence, subtlety, and clarity to AI systems.
Each project will involve distinct responsibilities, which may include:
- Developing original, precise, and verified responses according to project specifications.
- Creating prompts that challenge the AI's capabilities.
- Establishing detailed scoring criteria to assess the accuracy of the AI's outputs.
- Adhering to style and quality standards to maintain uniformity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is suitable for those interested in flexible, part-time, non-permanent projects. The ideal candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Translation Studies, Literature, or a related field, ensuring a solid grasp of grammar and stylistic nuances.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics research, Translation Projects, etc., demonstrating strong analytical skills and proficiency with English text.
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- A reliable internet connection.

Project Time Commitment
For this project, tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, depending on project needs. This is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific workload during active project periods.
Compensation
Participants can earn up to $30 per hour, contingent on their experience and contribution pace. Compensation may vary across projects based on scope, complexity, and necessary expertise. Be aware that other projects on the platform may offer different compensation levels based on their specific requirements.
