We are in search of a dynamic, data-oriented, and communicative (Junior) Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to establish and grow our presence in Poland. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a market and elevate our brand through strategic influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Influencer Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of influencer partnerships, from initial sourcing and outreach to negotiation, briefing, and ongoing relationship management.
Network Development: Build and enhance a high-performing influencer network, balancing organic collaborations with large-scale paid campaigns.
Campaign Development: Design clear, creative, and goal-driven briefings that enable creators to generate high-converting, on-brand content.
Analytics & Optimization: Go beyond instincts; track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance ROI and strategy.
Strategic Market Growth: Identify emerging trends within the Polish social media landscape and adapt our local strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
Brand Consistency: Serve as the brand ambassador for our Polish launch, ensuring website checks, proofreading localized content, and alignment of all marketing channels with our brand identity.
Social Media Engagement: Launch and manage our Polish Instagram account, which includes creating a content calendar, posting engaging content, and fostering community interaction to build brand loyalty.
