About the Role
- Employee Lifecycle & Administration: Assist in managing the entire employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding), including the preparation and upkeep of employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation, while guaranteeing precise employee data management within HR systems.
- HR Advisory & Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding any HR-related inquiries.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Act as the HR liaison with payroll providers, ensuring data integrity and timely processing; support benefits administration; and address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
