Become a pivotal member of our Shop Analytics Team as a Junior Data Analyst (m/f/d) within the Customer & Shop Intelligence circle. Your analysis of intricate e-commerce data will directly influence the shopping experiences of millions of fashion enthusiasts. You will be instrumental in driving product decisions, enhancing conversion funnels, and powering personalization features that captivate users.
In collaboration with Product Owners and cross-functional teams, you will deliver comprehensive A/B test analytical support, develop tracking concepts, and transform user behavior and shop performance insights into actionable business strategies.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analyses on user behavior to derive actionable insights
- Facilitate shop optimization and growth by offering analytical insights to Business and Product Owners and influencing product improvements
- Establish success metrics for our shop, designing and monitoring KPIs that significantly enhance millions of users' shopping experiences
- Offer complete A/B test analytical support to enhance shop performance
- Determine tracking needs and support quality assurance of implementations to guarantee data precision and reliability
- Create and deploy advanced dashboards, fostering self-service analytics across the organization
- Engage with various stakeholders throughout the organization to address shop-related inquiries with analytical insights, bolstering business decision-making
Your Profile
- Proficient in SQL for advanced data analysis and querying extensive datasets
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and funnel analysis
- Solid background in web analytics with experience in frontend tracking data (GA4 experience is an advantage)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) for creating impactful dashboards and reports
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis for experiment design and interpretation
- Robust understanding of customer segmentation and cohort analysis within the e-commerce domain
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach, capable of managing projects from inception to completion
- Collaborative and skilled at working with cross-functional teams and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders
- Pragmatic problem-solver, consistently delivering efficient, data-driven solutions
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data analyses into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with a programming language for data analysis (Python preferred)
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Google BigQuery)
