Your Responsibilities
As a Junior Business Information Analyst at RepRisk, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining our comprehensive datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects, essential for our ESG Research, Products, and Sales teams through the RepRisk ESG Risk Platform. Your duties will include matching client company records that have not been automatically matched to our database, ensuring the accuracy of entities within the RepRisk database through scheduled reviews, clean-ups, and special projects. This position also provides exposure to various special tasks as needed, encompassing analysis, data management, quality control, encoding, and clerical responsibilities.
You will report directly to the Business Information Research Team Leads in our Manila office. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining datasets related to companies, NGOs, and infrastructure projects linked to ESG issues.
- Researching, validating, and encoding relevant data, ensuring the quality of entity-level information prior to entry into the RepRisk database according to established standards.
- Updating datasets accurately and promptly, including details of corporate structures and actions resulting from mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
- Matching client-provided entities with our database entities, among other responsibilities.
