At Dreamscape Learn, a trailblazer in immersive virtual reality learning design, we are on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Artist. In this role, you will contribute to crafting engaging, story-driven VR experiences focused on science and education. Success in this position requires proficiency in industry-standard software tools, a creative mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
As a versatile generalist, you will take on diverse tasks, working both independently and alongside other talented artists. Your contributions will be integral in collaborating with project leads and the Art Director.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in creating AAA quality environments and assets.
- Adhere to established art standards while ensuring consistency across all creative materials.
- Maintain effective communication with your direct manager, producers, leads, directors, and other teams to enhance project quality.
- Collaborate with lead artists and developers on the project’s style and aesthetic.
- Sketch concept designs and key visual elements.
- Build 3D models for all assets, considering the technical limitations of the engine.
- Apply textures to all visual components.
- Implement lighting and shading effects, ensuring consistency in color and intensity.
- Follow the production schedule diligently.
- Organize and maintain the asset folder structure.
- Design with a focus on user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Art, Game Art & Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of game design principles.
- Extensive experience with 3D modeling software.
- Knowledge of game engines.
- Familiarity with necessary software tools.
- Highly creative with a passion for visual effects.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
