As a Technical Operations Junior Analyst, you will be essential in supporting our clients. Your main responsibility will involve facilitating technical design review sessions, uniting a diverse group of technical and business stakeholders to collaboratively determine solutions that are aligned with project requirements and feasible for implementation. You will manage logistics, track actions, and steer discussions to ensure productive results. Additionally, you will produce high-quality documentation and executive-level materials utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, which necessitates exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
In this role, you will play a key role in the implementation, deployment, and management of an electronic medical record system across a large federation, ensuring its effectiveness at live sites. Your contributions will involve navigating complex technical and operational hurdles, requiring you to facilitate seamless collaboration among stakeholders. Familiarity with tools and processes such as technical design facilitation, action tracking systems, and advanced document creation using Microsoft Office Suite will be greatly advantageous. Moreover, having experience with electronic medical record systems and large-scale IT implementations will enhance your ability to thrive in this position.
To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrated experience in facilitating cross-functional discussions, managing competing priorities, and delivering polished outputs for executive audiences. A background in technical project coordination, particularly in healthcare IT or electronic health record systems, will provide a strong foundation for your success. The capability to work virtually while maintaining a high level of organization and communication is essential, as much of the work can be performed remotely, while the position is based in Washington, DC.
