The Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) program focuses on integrating cutting-edge technologies within a highly complex and evolving joint, multi-domain operational environment. Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Joint Test & Evaluation Support Cell (JTSC), you will play a critical role in the programmatic evaluation and analysis of Combatant Command Test Nominations and their subsequent execution.
• Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses to support JT&E projects, enhancing operational decision-making processes.
• Utilize statistical methods, modeling and simulation techniques, and operations research methodologies to assess joint military operations and improve effectiveness in mission execution.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions aimed at optimizing military operations, force readiness, and strategic planning.
• Employ advanced computer-based analytical tools to evaluate operational performance and pinpoint key areas for improvement.
• Identify potential risks, limitations, and operational challenges in joint military environments and propose analytical solutions.
• Apply process modeling and analytical techniques to uncover operational challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Engage in problem decomposition, concept development, and data-driven analysis to bolster joint military operations.
• Provide expertise in parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey testing and evaluation methods.
