The Alliance for Decision Education is a pioneering nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing lives by equipping students with vital decision-making skills. Established in 2014 and supported by a network of experts in decision sciences, business, and education—including several Nobel laureates—we are firm believers that improved decision-making leads to enriched lives and a thriving society.
As a leader in the field, we collaborate with educators, academic authorities, corporate leaders, families, and community members to promote the inclusion of Decision Education in school curriculums nationwide.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
The Alliance offers a comprehensive rewards package that includes competitive compensation relative to experience, ample Paid Time Off (PTO), an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and fully-covered medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. Employees have the option to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and participate in a 401(k) plan with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%.
Our operations follow a hybrid work model, with local employees expected to work on-site every Tuesday and Thursday during standard hours. Additionally, local staff have the flexibility to work remotely or from the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We are open to considering full-time remote employees who are not local, with the expectation of occasional travel to the office. Regardless of location, all employees receive the necessary equipment, supplies, and resources to excel in their roles.
