As the Italian Speaking Team Leader for Sales Ads at Teleperformance, you will play a pivotal role in steering the daily sales operations of your team. Your primary objective will be to meet revenue targets while fostering an environment of high performance, engagement, and accountability among our sales representatives (SDR, AE, and AM). This leadership position demands a strategic mindset to drive pipeline management and ensure exemplary execution across our SMB EMEA Direct clients and Agency segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic sales team focused on achieving revenue goals while maintaining robust pipeline activity and conversion rates.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and pinpoint opportunities to enhance team performance, thereby facilitating business growth.
- Assign responsibilities and set clear priorities that align with sales objectives and operational requirements.
- Oversee daily sales activities to guarantee consistent adherence to performance standards and processes.
- Evaluate team performance metrics related to pipeline management, conversion rates, and productivity, providing comprehensive reporting on outcomes and actionable improvement strategies.
- Identify training needs and deliver coaching to elevate sales execution and results.
- Address team feedback promptly to resolve performance or operational challenges affecting outcomes.
- Recognize and reward high performance while fostering a culture of accountability within the team.
- Ensure compliance with established sales processes, tools, and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, with a readiness to assume leadership responsibilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of coaching and influencing team performance effectively.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Enthusiasm for sales, technology, and digital environments, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning.
- C2 proficiency in Italian.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C2).
- Experience in advertising or digital sales environments is advantageous.
- Understanding of sales methodologies, performance metrics, and pipeline management practices.
