Join our team as an IT Technician for the 1st shift, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure and MAE software systems. This position involves managing inventory data, coordinating remote access, executing data backups, supporting non-Bosch digital devices, and implementing critical IT security measures. You will receive technical direction from the local OT Coordinator, contributing significantly to the reliability and security of our IT operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, reviewing, and updating inventory data of IT infrastructure and machinery software (20%)
- Initiating, organizing, coordinating, and logging remote shop floor access (10%)
- Executing and verifying data backups for IT systems (e.g., PLC Programs) (10%)
- Annual validation of the respective IT emergency plan (1%)
- Applying for IP addresses, network zones, and infrastructure services (9%)
- Implementing updates and IT security measures as defined by the CERT, Local-OT, VPR, or OT-Planner (5%)
- Documenting wired and wireless networks used directly by machinery and equipment (5%)
- Installing and configuring IT devices (excluding facilities installation) (5%)
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance for non-BD IT devices (20%)
- Executing Layer Process Audit (LPA) for process confirmation of our Local IT security concept, including virus scans for non-BD IT devices (15%)
